Beth Toscano serves as the Executive Pastor at Belong Church, where she brings over 13 years of passionate leadership in Next Gen ministry. A recent graduate of the EFCA Prepared program, Beth is committed to equipping the next generation with a strong foundation of faith. She holds a B.A. in Business Management and an A.A. in Human Development, blending organizational insight with a deep understanding of people and ministry. Beth has been joyfully married for 10 years and is the proud mom of two wonderful children. Her heart beats for seeing families thrive in Christ and leaders grow into their God-given calling.
