In September of 2021, after 35 years of pastoring in 3 churches, Carlton Harris, along with his wife Carol, moved to Minneapolis to serve as Executive Vice President of National Ministries for the Evangelical Free Church of America. In April of 2024, the Board of Directors named him Acting President.  Carol and Carlton are parents of three married children and grandparents of seven. They are members of New Hope Church (EFCA) in the Twin Cities, and Carlton holds a certificate of ordination with the EFCA.
