Dean has been a Pastor and Church Planter with the EFCA since 1986. Along with his work as EFCA West’s Director of Church Multiplication, Dean serves NOVA Community Church in Torrance, California, as Lead Pastor. Dean has been married to Janet since 1986. They have two adult children who live nearby, in the South Bay.
