Mike Szoradi, a youth pastor for 24 years, recently left his position at Compass Church (Goodyear, AZ) to step into a full-time role with Apex, where he is working to develop a national pipeline to mobilize the next generation of youth pastors. Mike is married to Ginger and has two fun and crazy kids, Lexi and Isaac.
