Pastor David Vargas lives in Riverside, California, and is married to Esmeralda. They are the parents of six children (one son and five daughters) and grandparents of three granddaughters. Pastor David deeply loves his wife and family and recognizes them as a great blessing from God.

A graduate of Redlands University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, he was called to pastoral ministry and completed his theological studies with a Master of Divinity degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree while pastoring two churches: Refugio de Gracia church in Riverside, California, and Purpose En Español church in Pomona, California.

Pastor David is passionate about preaching the Word of God and caring for the flock that God has entrusted to him, but above all, he acknowledges the immeasurable mercy and grace that God has bestowed upon him by calling him into His service.
