Laura Behnke is the Director of Operations at Mountain Life Church in Park City, Utah. Raised in a Christian family, she experienced seasons of rebellion before ultimately returning to a deep relationship with Christ. Those experiences shaped her passion for ministry and her desire to walk alongside others through life’s challenges.

Laura began her journey at Mountain Life Church as an administrator during its early years. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Utah, she returned to the church with a renewed sense of purpose. Her education, combined with her genuine love for people, has equipped her to work effectively with individuals at all stages of life, meeting them with empathy and understanding in moments of pain and struggle.

She later stepped into a part-time role as Care Director, which grew into a full-time position as Connections and Care Director. During a season of significant transition and leadership challenges within the church, Laura’s patience, faithfulness, and trust in God carried her through turbulent times, ultimately refining her leadership and wisdom.

Today, as Director of Operations, Laura serves alongside her team to help cultivate a healthier, more cohesive church. She is passionate about guiding her team through chaos toward unity, leading with grace, compassion, and honest accountability for the good of both the staff and the congregation.
